Refunds Policy

Refunds and Cooling-Off Period

If you are not satisfied with the cover provided by this policy, you may cancel it within 14 days of receiving it and obtain a full refund less any non-refundable government charges and taxes that we have paid. You may notify us electronically by emailing cancellations@licenceprotect.com.au. If you make a claim for any incident within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you cancel your policy after the 14-day cooling-off period, you will not be entitled to a refund. You will still be covered by your policy until your renewal date.
